<li>You have to show everyone around you that you truly care.</li>
<li>Without a defined direction, companies and individuals won’t know when goals are achieved.</li>
<li>Mentors need to listen first to understand how they can help.</li>
<li>Organizations need to look inward on how to get better.</li>
<li>It’s so important for women to find their voice and speak up.</li>
<li>Check with employees on a quarterly basis to see how they are.</li>
<li>Use exit interviews to learn and give employees the option to come back.</li>
