<p>Today I had the privilege to sit down with bestselling author Sonya Shelton. Sonya wrote the book “You're an Executive, But Are You a Leader?” and is the CEO of Executive Leadership Consulting. Before starting her own business in 2007 she was the Head of Internal Communications for the Walt Disney Company. </p>
<p>In our discussion, we talked about the way leaders lead has changed. If leaders want to be effective, their approach has to change so their team feels valued and has clarity of their purpose.</p>

<p>1) What makes the difference between an executive and a leader?</p>
