First before you start make sure you have done the following

Now at the prompt try the following
 
For Sales:  Ask ChatGPT to write a follow-up email for a buyer frustrated with offshore delays. Focus on speed, trust, and long term partnership.  Give it as much details as possible to get back a response close to what you could use.
 
For Marketing:  Ask ChatGPT to give you 5 headline ideas for a Linkedin-post about improving uptime in the metalforming industry.  Make sure you train ChatGPT how to act so it shoulds more like you.   Example:  I always tell Chat - Make sure it sounds like Donna Peterson, someone who is truly interested in inspiring success in companies. No emojis and no large adjectives and give actionable steps.   
 
For Leadership:  Ask ChatGPT to help you explain to your team how you'll use AI to save time, without compromising relationships.  Be authentic and show that you truly care in helping your employees reach their full potential and that they are an intricate part of the company.
 
For Customer Service:  Ask ChatGPT to summarize this customer's last two emails and suggest a friendly, solutions-focused reply.
