Having spent time exploring ChatGPT's capabilities, I've created a series of individual GPTs tailored for specific needs. Imagine sorting your overflowing desk into neatly organized filing cabinets. Each GPT acts as a compartment for different types of information - client data, content creation, media kits, tracking metrics, and more. This method has transformed a once-overwhelming process into seamless organization.
For instance, anyone on my team working with a particular client can easily access their client-specific GPT. We segment these based on company names, market segments like B2B marketing excellence podcast, or industrial marketing. It ensures our strategies remain consistent and targeted no matter which team member is involved.
